Shipping policy

As frozen shipping fee will be different with normal product shipment. BARF KING will absorb partial shipping fees or even all the charges, base on the total weight you order, please check below for references :

Below 5kg  : Rm25
Below 10kg  : Rm15 
10kg & above  : Free

Negeri Sembilan, Melaka, Johor, Perak, Penang, Pahang, Kedah
Below 5kg  : Rm30
Below 10kg  : Rm25
10kg & above  : Free

Terengganu, Perlis, Kelantan
Below 5kg  : No Shipping Method
5kg - 6.8kg  : Rm25
7kg - 15kg  : Rm20
15kg & above  : Contact Support

BARF KING MALAYSIA offers frozen shipping service for most of the frozen food orders within West Malaysia. BARF KING MALAYSIA reserved the right to decide which courier company we should use to post your orders.

Delivery working hour is Tuesday to Saturday. No delivery on Monday & Sunday. If your order is place after working hours, or there's on going promotion, event or fair, for that we will arrange delivery the next 2 days instead. 

Dispatch team will usually put your order in queue, arrange delivery according to your selection date and WhatsApp to inform/remind you again. Please contact BARF KING MALAYSIA if you did not receive your parcel on the date promised. If you did not receive your parcel but never inform us on the actual date, BARF KING MALAYSIA reserved the right to reject an refund and/or replacement requests.

BARF KING MALAYSIA is not responsible for customer's loss or damages due to the result of unable to deliver due to customer not available / courier company unable to reach you / no one at home to receive the parcel on your selection of delivery date.
 
In some cases, some products might be slightly defrosted / melted during delivery process. As long as it is delivered on time, remain cold inside, well packed/unopen in styrofoam box, BARF KING MALAYSIA reserved the right to reject an exchange and/or refund requests.
