If, for whatever reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can contact BARF KING MALAYSIA for exchange within 7 days of purchase date subject to conditions below. We DO NOT offer refund services but we are willing to exchange for the other products that are available.
You will need to contact our team to arrange for an exchange. We will arrange pick up and deliver for you. Please allow 3-5 business days for the replacement to be processed.
Please read all conditions below. If conditions are not met, BARF KING MALAYSIA reserves the right to refuse the exchange.
The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Any used reward points/discount codes for the returned order will be voided and not refundable/re-usable. Usage of points on subsequent purchases will not be awarded for additional points.

All returned items must be in new condition, deep frozen and never open and defrost before.

Packaging of the returned items has been opened.
Packaging of the returned items has been defrosted.
