You will need to contact our team to check whether your product are valid for an exchange, BARF KING reserved the rights to reject exchange request.
If, our team agree that your order are valid for an exchange, we will arrange pick up and delivery for you. Please allow 3-5 business days for the replacement to be processed. Shipping fees will be bare by customer.

The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Any used reward points/discount codes for the returned order will be voided and not refundable/re-usable. Usage of points on subsequent purchases will not be awarded for additional points.
All returned items must be in new condition, deep frozen, never open and defrost before.
